URGENTLY REQUIRED
PT Dekotama Ciptakreasi is an Interior Design company (Design & Build). Its area of activities covers not only as Interior Contractor but also as importer of office systems furniture and local assembler of the imported office furniture. We offer "inherent versatility of systems" thus allowing for high degree of design customization and flexibility.
We need: Interior Designer (Experience in 3D Max or Archi CAD qualification is a must) / Interior Drafter (Furniture & Carpentry Details Drawing).
Interior Designer / Interior Drafter
Position Summary:
*
To develop and create office interior design concepts based not only on understanding of customer needs and requirements but also based on understanding of the modern contemporary design concept and trend of office interior. Position reports directly to Director.
Principal Accountabilities:
*
Strong in Design and Concept Development, that is in line with understanding of the Modern Design Concept and Trend
*
Strong in Color Concept Application, Creative & Innovative
*
Able to work fast & efficient under tight schedule
*
Develop and maintain of customer relationship
*
Able to work independently
Minimum Requirements:
*
Minimum Degree major in Interior Design (Not Architecture) from reputable university (ID), STM / D3 (CI)
*
Minimum 3 years of experience in Interior Design Interior Firm / Consultant
*
Have extensive concept design as well as Space Planning experience
*
Have working knowledge and experience with Auto CAD and 3D Max
*
Have strong presentation, technical skills, problem solving and able to produce construction documents from design concept & presentations
*
Fluency in English
*
Graduated from oversea would be an advantage
