In keeping with its growth, the Consulting arm requires requires the following Project Consultants:
Project Consultant-Change Management (Code: PCM)
Requirements:
*
Male/Female age 30-40
*
Graduate of a reputable university, major in Human Resources Development or similar discipline; with a GPA at least 3.00 in a scale of 4.00. MBA degree is a plus
*
3 to 5 years' working experience in consulting projects with Government, under the auspices of international funding organizations, or relevant private sector
*
Familiar with trade facilitation, port and customs clearance, and ASEAN
*
Extensive experience in the development and implementation of change management strategies in the public sector of developing countries
*
Ability to present complex technical and other issues
*
Prior team experience working with the Indonesian Public Sector or BUMN; and
*
Proficiency in written and spoken English
