Human Resource & General Affair Supervisor
Human Resource & General Affair Supervisor Post Date: 14 Feb 09
Responsibilities:
· Strategic planning of the human resources function.
· Employee Administration such as:
o Employee Data
o Absentees
o Reimbursement
o Payroll
· In charge of recruitment, empoyee contract drafting, training & development, compensation, staff welfare and facilities, formulate policies and supervise policy and legal compliance which include coordinating with 'Jamsostek'
· Develops, communicates and implements the strategic direction of the operation
· Has ultimate accountability for the function and provides the highest level of advice and recommendations to top management or function head
Requirements:
*
Female, Max 35 years old
*
Willing to travel to Cikarang
*
Having minimum 2 years of working experience in similar field is a must
*
Minimum holds Degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology
* Well rehearse in Labour Law or any regulations relevant.
*
Fluent in English - oral and written is a MUST
*
ISO 9001:2000 certified is preferable
