Sedona Hotels International, a Singapore-based hotel management company managing hotels and serviced apartments in the Asia Pacific region, is seeking a self-driven individual with an eye for details to head the finance team in Manado, Indonesia.
FINANCE MANAGER / FINANCIAL CONTROLLER Post Date: 09 Feb 09
Job Description:
You will be responsible for maintaining an effective financial management system for the property in Manado. You are expected to ensure compliance of Accounting policies and procedures. This role will also be responsible for the preparation of timely financial and management reporting, performance review & analysis, tax planning, budgeting & forecasting and cash flow management. Other duties include implementing and monitoring internal controls to safeguard the Property's assets and interest. In addition, you will need to provide training and supervision of the Accounting staff to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualification with at least 2 years' experience in similar capacity in the hospitality industry is preferred. Excellent analytical skills coupled with acute leadership quality is essential. Experience with Hyperion will be an advantage. Those with lesser work experience will be considered for Finance Manager position.
