PT. Graha Multimedia Nusantara a subsidiary company of Bakrie Group of company that deals with companies who need to develop and strengthen the IT , Media and Telco Infrastructure are looking for suitable candidate to fill the following position
Budget Controller (BC)- Post Date: 10 Mar 09
Duties & Responsibilties
* Prepare and distribute monthly management accounts
* Co-ordinate and prepare group budgets, forecasts and 3 year plans
* Preparation of annual reports and quarterly result releases
* Provide report to the treasurer on cash reporting and working capital management
* Adhoc analysis and reporting
* Support one or more business unit to achieve budget by reviewing its performance in detail
* Helping to drive companies to achieve their budgeted EBIT targets
* Ensure that group accounting policies are consistently applied
* Analyze the financial performance each month to understand the business drivers
* Monthly checks of KPIs and assess risk and opportunities
* Ensure management accounts and commentaries are accurate
* Liaise with the group CFO to ensure that working capital and cash are properly managed
* Annual balance sheet audit
* Other adhoc duties
Requirement
· Male/female Age between 25 - 30 years old.
· Minimum diploma or Professional Degree in Finance or equivalent
· Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Excellent in Filing & distributing documents, correspondence & notulen, report preparation
· Good command in English both verbal and written
· Good computer skill, able to operate Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, MS Project)
· Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
· Personal effectiveness in objective setting and monitoring, structured approach to work with an eye for details
