English : Proficient
Computer : Computer literate in all Microsoft Office Applications
Skill :

Can analysis financial statement
*
Can prepare and analysis cash flow, forecast, and budgeting
*
Can support accounting process and maintain filing all accounting documents
*
Understanding Indonesian tax regulation and implementation (minimum)
*
Others :
*
Hardworking person, able to work under pressure and on deadline, enjoy working with a variety of people and have a great attitude
EXPERIENCE
*
Min. 2 years experience in similar position
RESPONSIBILITIES
*
Prepare monthly and yearly Financial Statement, Statement of Account, and Debit and Credit Note
*
Verifying all of financial transaction together with the complete supporting documents
*
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for Finance Director at the latest 30 days after the end of running month
*
Prepare annual financial statement at the latest 6 weeks after end of year
*
Verifying all financial statement and cross check the recapitulation of withholding tax PPh 23, PPh 15, input PPN, output PPN prepared by Tax Officer, and prepares consolidated balance sheet, profit and loss statement quarterly
*
Coordinate with other parties to confirm the total debt and claim and update, if necessary
*
Prepare debit note, credit note, and statement of account for company internal and external parties at the latest 30 days after the end of running month
*
Coordinate with Financial Controller to monitor the payment of debit note and credit note
*
Prepare financial statement for auditor
