EXECUTIVE SECRETARY Post Date: 27 Mar 09
Reporting directly to the Country Director, the incumbent will be in charge of providing the best support to the superior in the overall small office operation, specifically in the area of general administration and communication – internal and external.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Holding a formal education of related field from reputable institution.
* Has proven track record in assuming similar function and role in multinational working environment
* Self starting, multi-tasking, well organized, systematic but with flexibility
* Fluent interpersonal and communications skills, complemented with English proficiency, supported
* Indonesian with age around 30 years old.
