Job Descriptions
*
Responsible for all Human resources activities: personnel policies,
personal Admin, Recruitment, Industrial Relation, Training and
development, motivate and retain effective human resources
*
Manages the company compensation and benefits administration to ensure
conformity with regulations and corporate policies
*
Keep abreast of labor laws and industrial relations
*
Review HR practices in support of business strategies
*
Plan and organize welfare activities within the community
*
Handle employee grievances; facilitate community development activities
Requirements
*
Male of Female max.45 Years old
*
Bachelor Degree in Law/Human Resources Management or related disciplines
*
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a well-known hotel
or resort company preferred.
*
Proven exposure to people development policies & practices
*
Communicate effectively within and outside the organization, and must
possess excellent proficiency in English and be computer literate
*
Experience in counseling and coaching
*
Excellent presentation skills including report writing and communication
skills
