Mitrais is a long established Asia Pacific company specializing in
Software Development, Mining Solutions and Medical Information
Systems.
We are looking for highly talented and enthusiastic individuals to
play an active part in our Bali based IT Support Services Team.
The ideal candidate should have Essential Technical Skill:
Working with Active Directory (Account
Creations/Deletions/Modifications; Security / Distribution Group
Creations/Deletions/Modifications), Supporting All Microsoft Windows
Environments (investigating and resolving issues), Supporting users
working in Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003, Windows
Server 2008 as well as Microsoft Exchange Environments. Familiarity
with virtual environment (VMWare, Virtual Server) will be an
advantage.
Also should have at least 3 years experience in a similar role.
The successful candidate should offer experience with SMTP
configuration of Outlook/Exchange, as well as demonstrated experience
with Communication and Internet Applications. Additionally, the
ability to access Active Directory and make modifications to objects
and some familiarity with tool such as TRACERT, ARP, PING, IPCONFIG,
NSLOOKUP, NETSTAT, NBTSTAT is highly desirable. Above all you must
posses excellent communication skills, have a positive attitude and
not afraid to ask questions.

General Requirements:
1. Relevant degrees (Sarjana Strata1/Bachelor) with GPA of 3 or above.
2. Good English Proficiency.
3. Position is based in Bali.
