Job Description:
*
To deliver training and assessment on a range of qualifications
of sales forces (SPGs) up to standard qualifications and product
knowledge.
* To maintain records to track SPG's achievement and performance.
* To complete registers, maintain training material and sales
force files and all other administrative duties associated with
effective subject.
* To work closely with Internal Marketing and Sales divisions to
provide information and assessment outcomes and implement action
points arising from Internal and External Requirements.
* To provide timely feedback on SPGs progress and achievement.
* To contribute to review and evaluation of training programmes,
self-assessment and the implementation of effective quality
improvement plans.
* To assist with promotional or marketing activity.
* To prepare, maintain and monitor the training/workplace environment.
* To undertake any other duties as required.
