We are a major retail and wholesale company representing international
lifestyle timepieces and jewelry products in Indonesia. We are looking
for dynamic and aggressive professionals to take the challenge as:
Sales & Marketing Manager Post Date: 30 Apr 09
The key responsibility will cover the establishment and maintenance of
strong local distribution network in Indonesia, with these following
tasks:
*
Negotiate and secure strategies of new store openings and shell
space in various dealer outlets, as well as introduce creative and
effective strategies to maximize sales.
*
Take care of inventory control, product pricing, and credit and
cost management.
*
Ensure that amicable relations with principals and dealers are
maintained at all times.
*
Develop, motivate, and manage a team of professional sales and
support staff.
The suitable candidate should be at least a university degree
preferably an overseas graduate with more than 5 (five) years of
proven and demonstrated track record in sales and marketing or product
management of international branded products in particular timepieces
and jewelry retail and wholesale business.
Furthermore, you should be proactive, possess effective communication
and interpersonal skills, understanding of image and niche marketing,
have entrepreneurial, organizational and management skills, a team
player, and a result oriented person. Having excellent command English
is a must.
