JUNIOR PRODUCT MANAGER Post Date: 06 May 09
Reporting directly to the Senior Product Manager, this position will
help him for managing, formulating and implementing marketing strategy
of each product in Indonesia market per segment, project & individual
segment as well as Trusses and Roof System Components (RSC) to meet
company objectives in terms of leadership positions, sales, EBITDA,
and Cash Flow. To ensure the activities of product life cycle in
Indonesia market; project & Individual sales team accordingly.
Minimum requirements:
* Master Degree in Management or Marketing
* Age max 30 years old
* Fresh grads with relevant experience in products/brand industry
(B2B & B2C) in Indonesia will be preferred
* Strong strategic, numeric and analytical skills in marketing
management competencies.
* Good communication skill (interpersonal, oral and, written)
* Good understanding of product management portfolio, market
research, new product launch, lead the stakeholders, value
proposition, understanding customer needs and organizing operational
support.
* English and computer literate is a must.
* Flexible, creative and drive.
* Ability to build new business.
* Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation and leadership skills.
