Accounting and Control activities in Indonesia
DHV is looking for a project administrator to support the project
controller with accounting activities in Indonesia. The administrator
will be based in Jakarta
Scope the work
The activities of the project administrator include, but are not limited to:
*
Cash bank accounting for the local expenses
*
Maintain project status reports
*
Invoicing to the client for foreign and local contracts
*
Assist the project controller with the preparation of contracts
with subcontractors
*
Assist the project controller with the preparation of financial proposals
*
Assist the project controller with preparation of contract
budgets for revenues and internal costs
*
Preparation of monthly project reports
*
Collect and account for time sheets
*
Take care for entries in the permanent establishment accounting system
*
Replace/back-up for the project controller when he/she is on leave
Requirements
Active knowledge of excel and word
Language: good working knowledge of English Language
Background in accounting (Diploma/University degree)
Experience in project accounting is an advantage
Minimum 3 years working experience after graduation
Conditions
The job is for 4 or 5 days a week (depending on the preference of the candidate)
Salary is depending on work experience and background of the candidate
