Requirement :
* Bachelor degree in Law, Psychology, or Human Resources
Management from reputable university
* Minimum 3 years of experience at same field
* Strong people and communications skills; possess the ability to
report and communicate at all levels within the organization
* Essential would be a background in recruitment and compensation,
with a proven track record in managing recruitment and reward;
including socializing changes in company and reward policies to be
accepted by the whole organization
* Possess a working understanding of general administration concepts
* A high level of initiative is essential, along with the ability
to manage a team of managers and coordinate internally during an HR
development/ implementation initiative
* Strong attention to detail
