Finance Manager     Post Date: 03 Jun 09

Responsibilities:

    * Manage all aspects of financing functions including reporting, reviewing & performing financial performance analysis, consolidation, inventory management, cashflow management, taxation, internal controls, credit control and risk management
    * Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management reports in accordance with the company regulation & procedures
    * Develop strategic plans, budgets and cash flow projections with financial performance measurement and analysis
    * Develop and maintain a good system of internal controls and ensure compliance with such internal controls, policies and procedures
    * Assist in managing daily operational issues relating to finance and internal controls
    * Assist in tax matters and ensure all tax filings
    * Assist in governmental and legal matters
    * Liaise with bankers, auditors and any other third party as required
    * Supervise, lead and develop finance team members

Requirements:

    * Good degree or professional qualification in Accountancy
    * Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
    * Strong leadership
    * Self motivated, independent, able to multi-task and work

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

   1.
      Having 10 years experience in Customs area
   2.
      Have a Good Relationship with a Customs related Department
   3.
      Good English Skill,
   4.
      Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, required
   5.
      Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role ( at Logistic Company is more preferable )
   6.
      Strong attention to detail
   7.
      Demonstrated ability to solve problems and offer solutions
   8.
      Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office is required with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
   9.
      Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  10.
      HSE awareness
