Trade Marketing Communication Executive

Job Description:

*
Develop trade marketing communication materials for Sales Tool
Kits, Points of Sales concepts and materials to ensure all AXIS
programs and brand values are delivered well to trade and sales level.
*
Develop Trade Bulletin (Sahabat AXIS Bulletin) from the concept,
content, production and distribution to Sales and Merchandising Team.
*
Translate Marketing programs into 'Sales and Trade Language'
(Trade/Sales brief) and communicate them to related functions.
*
Support Channel Team in developing guideline / Sales Talk for
Sales and Merchanidising Force.
*
Implement-liase with cross functional team to deliver common objectives.

Job Requirements:

*
Degree from Marketing/Business/Economics/Engineering with 2
years experience inTrade Marketing (preferebly from FMCG,
Telecommunication or Tobacco Sectors) and has worked in a competitve
environment.
*
Demonstrate a good undestanding of Trade Structure and Fair
knowldge of Brand Management.
*
Have experience in Event Management would be adventage.
*
Display strong willingness to grow and open to new challange.
*
Have high tolerance and capacity to complete multiple projects
with tight deadlines.

PT. SMART Tbk. ia an integrated palm-based consumer company that have owns and manages plantations, mills and refineries which manufacturated branded and unbranded cooking oil, branded margarine, fats and shortening. SMART's products are divided into three catagories : Retail, Industrial and Bulk.

We have a large oil palm plantations at Sumatera, Kalimantan , Papua, and our refineries located in Surabaya (Kawasan Rungkut Industri) & Medan (Belawan).

Our retail products are designed for household consumption. Whereas Industrial products are aimed at supplying noodle factories, confection factories, bakeries, fast food chains, hotels, hospitals, restaurant, and so forth.

The branded products cater not only for local but also for international consumption. Finally, bulk products are unbranded and unpacked goods targeted for mass consumption.

Whilst for our upstream operation, we implement an on-going plantation expansion program and concurrently replanting the old or less productive trees. The integrated structure within the company has ensured good quality and steady supply of raw material - CPO for its products requirement at competitive cost.

The company has embarked into an extensive research and development program both at refineries and at plantation areas to optimize the plantation output in order to cope with the growing demand of our products.

We need a few talented, highly motivated and results orientated people to join our successful business team as :

Finance & Accounting Manager (Surabaya)

General Responsibilities:

Directs the financial affairs and prepares financial analyses of operations, including interim and final financial statements with supporting schedules, for the guidance of management. Responsible for financial plans and policies, its accounting practices, the conduct of its relationships with financial institutions, the maintenance of its fiscal records, and the preparation of financial reports.

Detail responsibilities:

Development, analysis, and interpretation of statistical and accounting information in order to appraise operating results.
Maintains the company's system of accounts and keeps books and records on all company transactions and assets.
Establishes major economic objectives and policies for the company and prepares reports that outline the company's financial position.
Coordinates and directs the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, institutes and maintains other planning and control procedures (including the cost accounting system), and analyzes and reports variances.
Responsible for tax planning and compliance with all government rules and regulations.
Furnishes internal reports, revises and updates reports to be more useful and efficient, and furnishes external reports as necessary.
Provides effective financial controls for the organization.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree (S-1) in Accounting
Male/Female
Min. 4 years experience in managerial level, preferably in an real estate industry
Experienced in setting up controlling procedures
Knowledgeable in Indonesian accounting standards, as well as international financial standards
Fluent in English
Computer literate (word processing, spreadsheet, presentation)
