MARKETING LEASING SUPERVISOR Post Date: 20 Aug 09

Desirable criteria :

*
Min. S1 from Marketing Management / Finance Management
*
Experience min. 3 years in the property developer / real estate leasing
*
Strong analytical ability, Good Financial Analysis, target oriented, positive mindset, coordination skill.
*
Willingness to work under pressure and long hours.
*
Excellent English both written and spoken.

Duties :

*
Monitor day by day leasing activities by agent, set target and monitor agent to achieve target
*
Make leasing support and data
*
Responsible to icnrease the value of property through actively pursuing new retailers that add value to the asset performance.
*
Preparing strategic business or leasing plans & budget, together with assisting in preparation of redevelopment proposals & recommendation to the business manager for review.
