Human Resource Executive Post Date: 03 Jul 09
The HR Executive will be responsible for the full spectrum of Human
Resource Management (HRM) work, including the training function in the
company.
Job Responsibilities :
* A university degree holder.
* At least 3 to 4 years of working experience, preferably in HR Management.
* Knowledge of the Labour Laws in Indonesia.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Analytical and meticulous in work.
* Proficient in Excel and Word document.
* Independent with good interpersonal skills and ability to work
with all levels of staff.
* Effective problem solving and decision-making skills.
* Those with Degree/Diploma in HRM will be an advantage.
Job Requirements :
* Responsible for recruitment and selection of staff for both
retail outlets and HQ support departments.
* Responsible for salary administration and payment to staff.
* Responsible for handling all personnel administrative functions,
including contract of service, employee records, employee welfare
benefits schemes and leave benefits scheme etc.
* Responsible for designing and implementing the HR Information
System in the Company.
* Responsible for implementing performance management system,
salary increments, incentive management programmes, rewards and
recognition schemes.
* Responsible for conducting orientation and induction programmes
for new staff.
* Responsible for all training administration functions including
training registration and training records.
